Say it.
It’s on the board.
Talk like you would to a friend. AI turns what you said into tasks with a due date, time, checklist and labels — or adds it to a task you already have. You just confirm.
Also on Android (APK) and as a Chrome timer — all platforms. One account everywhere.
Example: the phrase “Tomorrow at 3 pm call mom and buy wallpaper for the bedroom” becomes a task for tomorrow at 3:00 PM with a reminder and a two-item checklist.
From thought to task in three steps
Speak naturally: no commands, templates or “right” word order.
You speak
Hold the mic and say it as it is: “pick up the parcel on Friday, and add milk and bread to the shopping list.” Typing works too.
AI reads it and suggests
A new task or an addition to an existing one, a tick next to “bought milk”, due date, time, repeat, assignee — all shown before anything is applied.
You confirm
Fix what you want, switch off the rest, apply. Changed your mind? “Undo” puts everything back.
Nothing changes without your confirmation. We don’t keep audio: the recording goes to speech recognition and is discarded right away.
One board for everyone — each with their part
Renovation with a crew, groceries for two, a team project: you see who does what and what comes next.
Boards and members
Invite by email or code. Roles — manager, member, viewer: everyone edits exactly what they should.
Shared columns
Share one column instead of the whole board. A shopping list for two: one buys, the other already sees it ticked.
Assignees and stages
Split a task into stages: measure → buy → do. When a stage closes, the next assignee learns it’s their turn.
Notifications and digest
Push and email when a task is assigned to you, you’re @mentioned or something is due. Every morning — what’s due today and what’s overdue.
My tasks
Everything assigned to you, across all boards, on one screen: overdue, today, this week.
A number for every task
REM-12 — find a task by its key, send it as a link, name it in a conversation.

Time spent lives right in the task
Estimates, a timer and a work log — no separate tracker, no spreadsheets.
Estimate and remaining
Type it your way: “2h 30m”, “1.5h”, “3d”. Remaining time updates itself.
Start / Stop timer
Start it on a task, stop it — the time goes to the log. One timer per person, visible on every device.
Board report
Who spent how much today, this week or this month — by task and by person.
Chrome extension
The timer is always in sight: a “42m” badge on the icon, My tasks in one click, Alt+Shift+S to start and stop.

Ask Claude what’s on your week
Saydone connects to Claude as an MCP server: the assistant reads your board and works with tasks on your behalf.
- Finds tasks, tells you what’s urgent and drafts a plan for the week.
- Creates tasks, ticks checklist items, leaves comments, splits work into stages.
- Logs time spent or starts the timer.
- Access uses a personal token you create and revoke in settings. The assistant sees only what you see and never deletes anything permanently.
What’s on my renovation list this week?
ClaudeThree tasks: REM-4 “Buy bedroom wallpaper” — tomorrow at 3 PM, REM-5 “Book a window measurement” — Alena has it, and the REM-8 “Buy tiles” stage. Start the timer on REM-4?
